About Bahrain
The Kingdom of Bahrain is an archipelago made up of 33 natural islands. Bahrain is the third smallest nation in Asia, although small, it is beautiful and blessed with many natural treasures. Being small means that the shoreline is nearby and accessible from any point – making diving easy and convenient. For centuries Bahraini have had a deep connection with the sea which is embedded in their history, heritage, and the name itself as Bahrain literally means the “two seas” which refers to the combination of freshwater springs that flow from the bottom of the sea meeting the saltwater. Bahrain is known for its pearl diving and trade which dates to the period of the Roman Empire due to the high quality of its pearl produced naturally in its pearl oyster beds which are now inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to their uniqueness. The economy of Bahrain was completely based on its pearl trade until the discovery of oil. PADI Dive Centre
As a PADI Dive Centre we are committed to providing premium quality dive experiences and training through our New Way Dive School. We cater to all levels from beginners to professionals – including recreational and technical diving. Our center offers a full range of PADI scuba programs and courses including Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water Diver in addition to a range of specialty courses such as Project Aware, Deep Water Diving and Coral Watch.
Sea tours
In addition to our dive school services, the centre offers a range of sea excursions giving both divers and non-divers an opportunity to explore Bahrain’s sea through memorable experiences. Our services include snorkeling tours, dolphin watching tours, trips to nearby islands (e.g. Jarada Island) and fishing trips. We also provide customized boat excursions and general boat and yacht hire.
New Way is also a member of Marine Protectors which is a Bahrain based non-profit volunteer team which seeks to preserve and protect the marine environment by providing education for all relating to raising awareness and understanding of the marine environment.

The Founder
Ali Aman
Established in 2019, New Way Diving & Sea Tours was founded by Ali Aman, a certified PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer who’s diving adventure begin in 2010. Fast forward to four years, his passion for the ocean and diving saw him kick start his PADI Instructor career. Growing up on an island and by the shore, Ali’s connection to the marine environment is one of deep love. He views himself as an ocean stewart and hence is dedicated towards safeguarding the ocean for future generations. His main interests include underwater photography/videography, technical diving, raising awareness on the marine environment and working on marine conservation projects.
Martyndale-Howard
Jodie first learnt to dive in the U.K. in 2007 with PADI. Her passions include deep, technical and wreck diving. She has recently become an avid fan of underwater photography.
Navin Mon
Our experience boat captain Navin very responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the boat including the safety and security of the passengers.
Ali Aman
Certified PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer who was a scuba diver since 2010 and started his PADI instructor career in 2014. his main interests are marine conservation and awareness, underwater photography /videography and technical diving.
